Eaty Gourmet LLC has plans to construct a planned, phased development of Osprey Pointe, an approximately 52-acre site along the Columbia River in Pasco. Eaty Gourmet LLC is planning a culinary and entertainment center in a Pasco opportunity zone. Osprey Pointe is a 52-acre site along the Columbia River that is in one of 139 opportunity zones in the state. It’s under an exclusive letter of intent with Eaty Gourmet. It is projected to cost $52M. “It’s a multifaceted agreement that took a lot of effort by both parties to shape,” Eaty Gourmet Chief Visionary Officer Mitch Gilbert said. The new development will include a food and wine hall, a boutique hotel and culinary education center. “The Port Commission has always believed that Osprey Pointe is a special place to create investment and opportunity in Pasco,” Port of Pasco Port Commission President Jean Ryckman said.
